Jigsaw puzzles from Jigsaw Novelties are guaranteed to be free of defects due to materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipping. If during that time, the photo puzzle becomes defective due to materials or workmanship, Jigsaw Novelties will replace the puzzle free of charge.

• Cancellations

Production of your jigsaw puzzle will begin after completion of the ordering process and payment. Because the photo puzzle is made to order, the order may not be cancelled or changed.

• Refunds

Refunds will be made at the discretion of management. If a refund is desired, please contact Jigsaw Novelties by using our email form at Contact Us with the details of your request.

• Shipping Damage

If your purchase should arrive damaged, please contact Jigsaw Novelties immediately using our email form at Contact Us with a description of the problem. If possible, document the damage with a digital photograph that can be presented as evidence to the shipping company.

• Refusal of Service

Jigsaw Novelties retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason as permitted by law.

The customer’s use of this site indicates their agreement to the Terms of Service. Jigsaw Novelties may periodically modify the Terms of Service.
